On 15 September, AKBC and KABC hosted their second Australia–Korea Women in Lead-Her-Ship event in Seoul. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended the event.
We had an inspiring line-up of leaders share their experiences and strategies to empower the next generation of female leaders. Speakers were both established and emerging leaders in the Australia–Korea relationship and were able to present diverse insights across generations and sectors.
The event provided guests the opportunity to continue the conversation, foster relationships, and contribute to a growing cross-cultural community of women in leadership. During the event, guests were inspired through panel discussions and insights from the Empower Women Australia Korea (EWAK) delegates on their new book, Be the Key: Ten Korean Women on Careers, Culture and Identity. A special thank you to all the speakers and event partners at the event.
