We examined the dominance of chaebols - Top 10 Chaebols in Korea account for almost 65% of South Korea’s GDP and to drive global innovation in all sorts of areas.

Participants explored how chaebols rose to prominence under President Park Chung-hee’s government, with state support fuelling rapid industrialisation and export growth.
3️⃣ Business Culture and Practices
We unpacked the hierarchical structures, impact of Confucianism and military service in Korean corporate culture, and how to build relationship with Korean stakeholders.
