Co-hosted with the Embassy of the Republic of Korea, the New Energy Forum brought together senior leaders from industry, government and research for an afternoon of insights, discussion and connection across the energy transition.
We were pleased to welcome both members and non-members to this flagship event, focused on strengthening Australia–Korea collaboration through knowledge exchange on key sectors, emerging initiatives and recent developments. Discussions also underscored the importance of energy intersecurity in supporting a more connected and resilient transition.

âś… Progress in large-scale hydrogen and green industry projects moving into feasibility and early delivery, supported by stronger funding, partnerships and offtake pathways

We also held a private dinner in Perth with key stakeholders and high-tier members of the AKBC in Perth. This intimate dinner with Hon. Martin Ferguson AM, the Chair of the AKBC, The Hon David Michael MLA, WA Minister for Mines and Petroleum and Mr Jimin Kim, Chargé d’Affaires a.i. of Korea to Australia, enabled a focused exchange of insights and strengthened connections within the Australia–Korea business community in Western Australia.
