Steve Kim

Steve Kim is the CEO & Managing Director of GreenPlus Australia, where he is spearheading efforts to establish and develop commercial projects across the country. He holds an MBA from the University of Queensland (UQ) and has a strong background in project management, procurement, brand strategy, and marketing.

With over 28 years of experience, GreenPlus Co. Ltd, where Steve plays a pivotal role, has become a global leader in turn-key smart farm solutions. The company, publicly listed on KOSDAQ since 2019, operates two major manufacturing facilities capable of producing up to 100 hectares of smart farms annually.

Steve and his team are dedicated to investing in and fostering collaboration within the Australia-Korea agricultural and clean energy sectors, aiming to create sustainable smart farm facilities that contribute to a circular economy. He works closely with both Australian and Korean governments and industries to ensure that innovation drives this rapidly emerging sector, leveraging Korea’s technical efficiency and Australia’s strong R&D capabilities to benefit both nations. Steve also actively promotes bilateral cooperation as a board member of the Food and Agriculture Sub-committee at the Australia Korea Business Council.
