Over the past 12 months, Paul has served as a strategic advisor to a Federal Government Senator, providing high-level guidance on mining, technology (including AI and non-toxic solutions), sport, and finance, as well as assisting businesses in navigating government grants and support.

Prior to this, Paul spent several years in Singapore, where he played a pivotal role in a technology start-up focused on commercialising non-toxic solutions for the mining industry. His leadership was instrumental in taking innovations from laboratory development to global commercial adoption, with a reach spanning government, mining, energy, and technology markets worldwide.
