NEWS: The Age Good Food Guide Korean Chef Jung Eun Chae in Melbourne as the Chef of the Year

𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗳 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝘂𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗳 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿!

The Age Good Food Guide yesterday announced Korean Chef Jung Eun Chae, who runs a six-seat Korean restaurant named "CHAE" in Melbourne as the Chef of the Year. CHAE opened in 2019 and quickly gained a reputation for its commitment to traditional Korean fermented dishes and promoting slow and healthy eating practices.

This accolade comes shortly after Healeys Lane in Melbourne was officially designated as Koreatown, reflecting the increasing reputation and recognition of Korean culinary contributions in Melbourne and Australia.
