Maximus Resources Limited (ASX:MXR) is an Australian mining company that focuses on exploring and developing high-quality gold, lithium, and nickel projects. The company has a diverse portfolio of exploration projects in Western Australia's Eastern Goldfields region, approximately 25 kilometres from Kambalda. Maximus has signed a Joint Venture Agreement with the Korea Mine Rehabilitation and Mineral Resources Corporation (KOMIR) to acquire up to a 30% interest in one of the Company's Lithium Projects. The KOMIR Joint Venture recently received approval from the Australian Government Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB), enabling the Company to advance the Lithium Joint Venture with KOMIR's full support.
