🇦🇺🇰🇷 The Australia-Korea Business Council is excited to announce the 𝟰𝟱𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮-𝗞𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗮 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 (𝗔𝗞𝗕𝗖) 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗞𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗮-𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 (𝗞𝗔𝗕𝗖) 𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴  will be held from 𝟭 𝘁𝗼 𝟯 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗵, 𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮. This meeting will address the most recent advancements in the bilateral relationship between Australia and Korea.

 

The AKBC-KABC Joint Meeting is our annual flagship event, attracting senior business executives from Australia and Korea and provides a forum for robust discussion and knowledge sharing. Building on the success of the 44th KABC-AKBC Joint Meeting held in South Korea last year, the 45th Joint Meeting in Perth promises to provide our members with key opportunities to deepen their understanding of the latest trends in the Australia-Korea relationship and establish new partnerships.

 

Hon. Martin Ferguson AM, the newly appointed Chairman of the AKBC, will lead the Australian delegation, while a Korean delegation will be led by the Chair of the KABC, the CEO and Chair of POSCO Group. Presentations and discussions at the Joint Meeting will focus on areas such as sustainability, energy transition, critical minerals, defence and space, education, AI, big data, financial services and food and agriculture.
