Korea’s GS E&C part of consortium announced as preferred bidder for Victoria’s North East Link project

South Korea’s GS E&C, as part of the Spark consortium together with WeBuildCPB Contractors, China Construction Oceania, Ventia, Capella Capital, John Laing Investments, DIF and Pacific Partnerships, has today been announced as the preferred bidder of the tunnelling package Victoria’s North East Link project by Victorian Minister for Transport Infrastructure, the Hon Jacinta Allan, and Federal Minister for Communications, Urban Infrastructure, Cities and the Arts, the Hon Paul Fletcher MP. The consortium will construct the twin three-lane tunnels and key interchanges.
