Australia-Korea military cooperation was discussed in a recent video call between Chief of the Defence Force General Angus Campbell, AO, DSC and Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) Chairman General Won In-choul.
The military leaders agreed to strengthening bilateral military cooperation on the coronavirus pandemic and ensuring peace and stability in the Indo-Pacific region.
“The video call was held as part of efforts to maintain friendly cooperation between the militaries of South Korea and Australia through senior-level communication,” the JCS said in a press release.
